This is one of the Excellent Painting which i have ever seen, The baby and the people in the background are the real but the Frog is Painted.

Its really amazing painting or a trippy design in this bus.Those tires are looking like a Disk and that DJ is using it as a DJ's Disk. this is little bit similar to the truck painted illusion.
