Small circles seem to appear and disappear spontaneously as the eye is moved over them.
This visual popping activity is due to our visual system which is constantly searching for the best interpretation in this unorganized pattern.

Undisciplinated popping dots illusion
Flickering Fog optical illusion
stare intently at the red dot in the center of the left block for about a couple of minutes.
Once you've done this, look over to the center of the right block. It should act weird - by fading out and 'flickering'. If you move your head closer and further from the monitor (while focussing in the center), you should see some interesting interference effects too.
Blue Dot Disappering Optical Illusion

Keep staring at the blue dot in the middle of the picture. The blue dot will shrink slowly and then disappear completely.

the black dots in the square is moving continiusly from upward to downward and downward to upward and from left to right and then right to left, the square in the middle of the image it look quite dizzle also
