When you look at an object for any length of time your eye muscles are working, the longer you focus on the object the harder the eye muscles have to work. Therefore, when you watch TV without looking away from the screen it makes your eyes tired.
Everyone's eyes will benefit from a few simple TV viewing tips:
1)When watching the television sit at least four or five meters away from the screen – the closer you are to the object you're focusing on, the more tired your eyes will become.
2) Don't watch TV in a dark room – make sure the television is not the main light source in a room, but remember you don't want any glare or reflection on the screen.

Advanced Rollers Optical Illusion
In the beginning we had rollers and snakes, optical illusions born accidentally,
probably as a by-product to some sort of color experiments. Most of them were
invented by a Japanese professor, Akiyoshi Kitaoka. Since then, optical illusion

began experimenting with existing material. While during the process, some
of them developed their own style, adding great value to this particular topic.
Observe the patterns below, and you may find them somehow relaxing.
Even though posing as static images, they manage to give you that motion

Jesus found in cement floor
This image of Jesus has been uncovered in the cement of a factory floor in Wolverhampton.
The convincing likeness of the son of God may look like it was intentionally created, but it was actually the result of a flash flood after a torrential downpour.
During the hour-long rain storm, water surged into the reception of EMS Maintenance in Willenhall, Wolverhampton.
The workforce was sent home during the flood and when they returned the next day, they were met by the 5in image of Christ
"I was on my way through reception and upstairs when I just caught a glimpse of something out of the corner of my eye," said supervisor Jason Prosser.
"It was immediately obvious it resembled a face - and the similarities with the traditional image of Christ are very striking."
