This Ball looks so unusual and it is impossible to create, the angle of the ball is very much on the confusing side. Just Concentrate how many balls are there and which way it is rotating

Not quite impossible to make! Google image search carved ivory ball to see some examples that have been intricately carved out of a single block of ivory to see something truly amazing.
