We can have fun with the clouds and create the illusion using your hand, A Guy is using the bottle to create a fun illusion, what you have to do just pick up the camera and set a good location to capture a image to create an illusion. The Illusion clearly indicates that the cloud is coming out of the bottle but it isn't.
