Color Changing Illusion
As we see the image is in full colour, but apparently if you stare at the center of it for a few seconds, it turns into shades of gray. I had trouble getting this effect at start but at the end I managed to see it! Does it work for you as well? only this time it has something to do with color adapting. Enjoy...

Strange to say, i could see the grey when I wasn't looking at it directly
I did see the gray, it almost looked like it was moving, too. Is that just my eyes? I wear glasses and I am far-sighted. :) I sometimes have problems with optical illusions.
i just can't see any grey sorry.
I noticed something else: fix the center a few seconds, and then move your head back : cold colors (green & blue) will be creepin to the center, move it forth and warm colors (orange pink) will grow outward
i did not see any grey but i did see that if you move your head back green and blue move inward and if you move your head forward pink and orange creep outward
yes the colors change if you move back and forth but only if you stare at the center for a few seconds first
